SWEET SURPRISE

Fill a square tray with Candy-Cane Twists. Cut two strips

of paper about half as wide as the container and long

enough to wrap around it. Layer the papers; finish the

edges with decorative scissors and a hole punch. Wrap

papers around the tray and secure them with tape.

Attach a matching label to the top.
